Jason Lomax Available Now

Jason S. Lomax is focused on helping injured federal workers. He has handled all kinds of injury or illness claims made under FECA, at all stages of the process. He has assisted clients in filing claims, appealed claims to the Branch of Hearings and Review (BHR) or Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB), pursued retroactive wage compensation and schedule award benefits, etc. Jason started as counsel for a litigation firm before forming his own practice, focusing on personal injury matters. In 2010, Jason and Aaron combined practices to concentrate on and better serve federal injured workers.
