Attorney Jason Hutzler completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2002. He then worked as an insurance adjuster for six years. In that capacity, he investigated and resolved personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of the insurance companies for which he worked. Mr. Hutzler subsequently attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 2010 with his Juris Doctor. In 2011, Mr. Hutzler was admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 2011. Following law school, Mr. Hutzler worked for insurance companies as a defense attorney in personal injury and wrongful death matters. The combination of his experience as an insurance adjuster and a defense lawyer provides him with a unique insight into personal injury and wrongful death claims. He understands how insurance companies build defense cases and can anticipate the types of defenses that they might raise when injury victims and the families of people who have been killed file claims. His combination of legal skills and inside knowledge about how insurance companies work provides his clients with experienced and knowledgeable representation.
