Founder and Principal Attorney Jason Amsel has over 15 years experience advising technology companies on critical patent matters, including building new patent programs, reinvigorating stagnant ones, and refocusing patent portfolios to align with business objectives and increase valuations. Prior to founding Amsel IP Law, Jason was counsel at a large Silicon Valley law firm working with technology companies from inception through major acquisitions and IPOs.
Jason is an active member in the Austin, TX growing startup community, serving as a mentor for Capital Factory, Austin Technology Incubator, and MassChallenge ATX.
