Janeth Moreno, Esq., LL.M. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Moreno Law, an immigration law firm in Boston dedicated to empowering immigrant communities through compassionate and strategic advocacy. The firm offers comprehensive services in deportation defense, family reunification, humanitarian visas, waivers, and naturalization. Born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, Attorney Moreno is licensed to practice law in both Mexico and the State of New York. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Suffolk University Law School and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New York State Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association (BBA). She also served as President of the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys (MAHA) and is affiliated with the United Nations Association of New York (UNA-NY). In 2021, she was appointed by U.S. Senators Edward J.
