Mr. Payne is a personal injury attorney at R.F. Wittmeyer, Ltd. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2012 and was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2014. Prior to joining R.F. Wittmeyer, Mr. Payne began his career representing major non-profit organizations and other large organizations in the defense of employment claims and other civil litigation matters in Philadelphia.
