Being a small business owner himself, who has earned a business administration degree from the University of Nebraska, and has advised small business owners for many years, James Newell is well acquainted with entrepreneurship and the process of organizing and running a successful small business. He excelled in law school, earning his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association. James Newell is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
