James Deaton Available Now

Mr. Deaton is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice in family law, personal injury, estate planning, and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Deaton attended Chase College of Law where he graduated with cum laude honors. After graduating from law school, Mr. Deaton worked as a staff attorney for Chief Judge Richard Woeste in the Campbell County Circuit, gaining a deep knowledge of how the courts operate behind the scenes. Since that time, he has been in private practice where he has greatly enjoyed helping hundreds of clients navigate the daunting legal process. The Law Office of James C.
