Over 15 years as a Judge Advocate with the U.S. Army. Graduate of Army's advanced trial skills which gives me a great advantage over many attorneys if a case goes to trial. Unique experience in protecting military pensions or finding ways for spouses of service members to get their rights to military pensions. Few attorneys know the tricks and secrets of protecting or receiving military pensions in family law cases. I have taken numerous cases to trial as well as 100's of hearings in family law matters. I only take cases to trial if we are going to win. Otherwise, I try to settle cases. I always try to keep costs to a minimum if possible. My goal is to settle cases. But, if they cannot settle, I have extensive trial experience and the training to achieve successful results.
