James Austin Available Now

For over 30 years Jim Austin has been providing quality legal services, counseling and care to individual and business clients throughout Michigan with business, general civil and transportation matters. Jim practices regularly in courts throughout the State of Michigan. With Corcoran Austin, PC, he has offices in Alden, Traverse City and Charlevoix. He has argued cases before the Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals, Federal District Courts and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He represents wrecker and towing companies throughout Michigan and sits on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Towing Association. He has represented truckers and trucking companies on traffic matters in District Courts throughout the State of Michigan. Jim is a trained general civil and domestic relations mediator. He previously served as a neutral for American Settlement Centers in Farmington Hills. He has mediated a variety of matters and has served as a volunteer mediator for the Wayne Mediation Center and the Wayne County Friend of the Court.
