Jake Peters Available Now

Jake Peters was born March 14, 1960 in Council Bluffs and is a fourth generation member of the Peters Law Firm in Council Bluffs. He began working full time for the firm in 1983 as a law clerk, joined as an associate in 1985, joined the firm as a partner in 1990 and has worked there continuously ever since. Jake's practice is currently confined primarily to Iowa Workers' Compensation Claims on behalf of the Claimant, but also handles claimant's cases in Nebraska. He also handles personal injury and automobile litigation. Jake is a member of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Association for Justice and has been active in civic and community affairs including serving on the Westfair board for 17 years from 1988 to 2005. He is currently active in the Pottawattamie County Pheasants Forever Chapter and other civic organizations.
