About Jack Spicer
I earned my undergraduate degree from Ohio University and went on to graduate from Vermont Law School with both a J.D. and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy. During my time in law school, I worked as a research associate with the Water & Justice Program and served as an editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. I am admitted to practice law in Vermont, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.
