I have practiced criminal law for approximately 36 cases. I have handled all sorts of felonies and misdemeanors. including charges of murder, mayhem , assault with a deadly weapon, robbery (armed and bank, DUI, criminal and terrorist threats,domestic violence, RICO (racketeering/criminal enterprise cases), gang related cases, drug smuggling importation, distribution and possession, smuggling drugs on the high seas, exotic bird smuggling, white collar crimes, fraud, car theft, grand theft, petty theft, vandalism, disturbing the peace and violations of the U.S. military code. I use my experience to obtain alternate resolutions so my clients can avoid or minimize the time they are facing by exploring alternatives to custody like house arrest, community confinement, weekends, electronic monitoring, community service and drug and alcohol treatment (residential, outpatient, long and short term).
