Charlie Hepworth is recognized by fellow lawyers, and clients, as the leading Boise, Idaho personal injury and medical malpractice attorney. Born and raised in Twin Falls County, he attended Stanford University and earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Initially working with his father, Idaho litigation legend John C. Hepworth, Charlie has practiced law in Idaho since 1983. Charlie represents individuals with claims for personal injury, medical malpractice or wrongful death. Charlie currently handles various types of personal injury cases, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and medical product liability cases and significant injury cases caused by motor vehicle accidents or other causes.
