About Irving Rosner
I am Irving Rosner, the head of Dworken & Bernstein’s Workers’ Compensation Department. I lead our efforts in assisting clients who have been injured at work. Before I joined Dworken & Bernstein in 1986, I served as a trial attorney and prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Washington, D.C., and Cleveland, Ohio. During my seven years (1979-1986) at the Justice Department, I handled complex cases and faced some of the nation’s most formidable litigators. The meticulous planning, preparation, and strong advocacy that I developed there are qualities I brought with me to Dworken & Bernstein. These traits help my team and me provide a superior level of service that sets us apart from other firms, especially when dealing with work injuries that have long-term consequences.
Here is my commitment to you at Dworken & Bernstein: “If you have suffered a life-changing injury, I commit to provide you with dedicated service specific to your needs throughout all stages of your claim. I will get to know you and you will get to know me on a personal level. My group will represent all of the Firm’s injured workers with the same degree of care, preparation, and commitment that I do. That is the Dworken & Bernstein Difference.”
