About I. Rose
I. Nelson Rose is Professor Emeritus at Whittier College in California and a Visiting Professor at the University of Macau. He is an internationally known scholar, writer and public speaker and is recognized as one of the worldβs leading experts on the law of gambling. A Harvard Law School graduate, Prof. Rose created the first class in Gaming Law in America in 1983. Prof. Rose is co-author of Internet Gaming Law (1st & 2nd editions), Gaming Law: Cases and Materials (1st edition), and Gaming Law in a Nutshell (1st & 2nd editions); and, was co-editor-in-chief of the Gaming Law Review for 12 years. He is best known for his columns and landmark 1986 book: βGambling and the Law.β Prof. Rose often acts as an expert witness and consultant to governments and industry in North America, Asia and Europe.
