I advocate for clients on appeal by writing persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and petitions for postconviction relief. I also help clients with clemency applications, parole applications, and deregistration petitions. I have experience in Colorado trial and appellate courts and am able to work with opposing counseling, law enforcement, and probation personnel to ensure success for my clients.
