Heather Meglino Available Now

Heather M. Meglino serves as General Counsel for Quality One Wireless and is the chief legal officer for the organization. She has broad experience counseling clients in areas spanning every aspect of business and commercial law, including contracts, complex business litigation, fraud-misrepresentation, employment law, intellectual property, and licensing. Heather was previously Founder at Meglino Law, a law firm focused on business and commercial law. Additionally, Heather litigated cases including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, overtime and unpaid wages, FMLA leave and disability issues, employment contracts, whistleblower and other employment law claims under various state and federal laws. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida. Heather has been selected as Orlando Family Magazine's "Awesome Attorneys" from 2019-2021, Super Lawyers "Rising Star" from 2015-2021, and she is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubble. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Barry University School of L aw. Heather currently serves on the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Board, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (CFAWL) as President-Elect, the Harbor House of Central Florida Board and the Harbor House of Central Florida Young Professionals Board.
