Harper Hutson is an associate attorney at Cromer Babb & Porter, LLC, where she represents employees in labor and employment matters across South Carolina. Dedicated to advocating for workplace fairness, Harper handles a wide range of employment law cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage disputes, and retaliation claims. Harper earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Mock Trial Bar and the Labor and Employment Law Society. Before becoming an attorney, she gained extensive experience in employment litigation as a law clerk with Cromer Babb & Porter, LLC, drafting legal documents, conducting case research, and assisting with trial preparation. She is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. With a strong background in legal research and advocacy, Harper is committed to fighting for the rights of employees and ensuring fair treatment in the workplace.
