Gretchen Mandekor Available Now

Gretchen Mandekor is an accomplished, well-respected trial lawyer who specializes in representing plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits and the defense of legal malpractice matters. Over her career, she has successfully tried dozens of jury trials in both state and federal court. Before joining Rosenbaum Law Group, Gretchen founded and managed her own law firm from 2007 through 2014 after working at a large defense litigation firm in downtown Portland. Gretchen’s extensive experience representing insurance companies and their policyholders for almost two decades on the defense side is a unique asset in representing injured people. She knows how insurance companies work and how to defend against our clients’ cases, which provides her valuable insight she uses to benefit her clients. She thoroughly enjoys helping injured individuals receive the compensation they deserve after experiencing trauma due to the fault of others. Due to her reputation among her peers and her trial experience, Gretchen is frequently asked to serve as an arbitrator and mediator in personal injury disputes and a speaker on various litigation topics at continuing legal education classes for lawyers.
