Successfully resolving a civil dispute for a client or helping a business achieve its goals is what I enjoy doing for a living. I represent clients regarding construction claims (defects and collections), insurance claims (home, auto accident, and business), general collection matters, business law, and general civil litigation matters. I have litigated multi-plaintiff lawsuits related to construction defect claims, insurance coverage claims, and various collection claims. I have participated in jury trials to verdict in cases involving wrongful death, fraud, construction defects, collection matters, and auto accidents. A good portion of my practice also involves representing businesses with regular legal support for their day-to-day needs. I enjoy learning about my clients' business operations, which span a number of different industries, and stand ready to address their concerns as they may arise.
