Gregory S. Spizer is a founding partner at VSCP LAW, a premier catastrophic personal injury law firm based in Philadelphia. Prior to founding VSCP LAW, Greg was an equity shareholder and co-chair of the mass tort department at a prominent Philadelphia law firm. There, he played a leading role in high-profile pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, including the landmark $4.85 billion Vioxx settlement and the Yaz Birth Control Litigation. Greg’s results-driven approach has earned clients significant recoveries in medical malpractice, product liability, sexual abuse and catastrophic injury claims. Notable outcomes include numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for victims of medical malpractice, defective products, sexual abuse, motor vehicle accidents, civil rights and other personal injury claims. Raised near Scranton, PA, Greg was inspired by his father, an attorney of over 50 years, to pursue a legal career. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1995 and his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1998.
