Gregg Peppel Available Now

Gregg Peppel is a founding member of Turley, Peppel & Timmers, LLC. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, and Medical Malpractice. Gregg was born in Marquette, Michigan in 1971. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo (BA, cum laude, 1993; JD, cum laude, 1999). Gregg served as the Managing Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review (1998-1999). The College of Law awarded him with the Dean's Award in the Spring of 1999. Gregg has successfully litigated complex commercial, construction, insurance, real estate and medical malpractice cases in the state and federal Courts in Ohio and Michigan. He has also successfully litigated numerous appeals in the Sixth District Court of Appeals (Ohio) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Gregg stays active in state and national litigation and corporate law organizations. Gregg is a Member of the American Inns of Court (Morrison R. Waite Chapter); and the Ohio State, Michigan State, and Toledo Bar Associations. He is a peer-selected member of Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
