About Gina Bitsimis
Gina Raio Bitsimis is Of Counsel at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. She joined the firm in February 2021 having previously worked over twenty-five years in prominent Trusts and Estates law firms. Ginaβs practice includes all Surrogateβs Court proceedings to appoint an Executor or Administrator of an estate, preparation of fiduciary accountings, and preparation of New York State and Federal estate tax returns. In addition, she is well versed in Real Estate Transactions.
As a result of her proficiency in all matters of Trusts and Estates, Gina dedicates her time to educating and counseling clients on timely and sensitive matters. In addition, she has an extensive background in drafting wills and trusts and planning for high-net-worth clients as well.
Most recently, Gina was selected by her peers to be included in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in America for Trusts and Estates in Setauket, NY. Inclusion in Best Lawyers is based on a rigorous peer-review survey comprising more than 8.2 million confidential evaluations by top attorneys.
She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Trusts and Estates section and the Nassau County Estate Planning Council.
Gina received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Decedentβs Estates. She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude. Gina is licensed to practice in the State of New York and lives in Dix Hills with her family.
