Garrett D. Lee is co-managing partner of Morgan & Morgan’s Boston office. He concentrates his practice on representing permanently injured people in lawsuits concerning catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death and premises liability. Garrett also currently serves as Chair of the Massachusetts Joint Bar Committee for Judicial Appointments. Garrett is a lifelong Massachusetts resident. Garrett has obtained substantial compensation for victims of injury through settlements and trial verdicts. He has a winning record trying cases in the Superior Court, District Court, and Housing Courts in Massachusetts. Garrett is the author of “Preparation of a Plaintiff’s Case” for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Tort Law Manual. He is also a former co-chair of the Tort and Insurance Law Section for the Boston Bar Association. Garrett is a frequent speaker on the topics of personal injury law and law firm practice management. Garrett’s commitment to clients and record of outstanding case results have earned him recognition as a “Rising Star” by New England Super Lawyers Magazine and Boston Magazine for eight consecutive years. He also maintains a 10 out of 10 ratings on the trusted attorney-rating website Avvo and was selected as one of the Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. Garrett serves on the Council for the Boston Bar Association. He is also a Director for the Northeastern University School of Law Alumni Board, and the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts. A well-known name in Boston’s Chinatown, Garrett is often called on to assist Chinese and Chinese-speaking clients in accidents and personal injury issues. Garrett was raised in Weston, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Belmont with his wife, daughter, and son.
