Gail V. Phillips holds a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, as well as a B.A. in Psychology and M.B.A. from California State University Los Angeles. Ms. Phillips has over 25 years of experience in Business Law, Real Estate Law and Business Litigation. Ms. Phillips has drafted and negotiated hundreds of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants.
