About Gabrielle Smith
I earned my J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University in 2022. During my time in law school, I served as a teaching assistant for Property Law. Before joining the firm, I worked as a judicial clerk for President Judge Kim Berkeley Clark in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas – Family Division. Alongside my clerkship, I practiced in the areas of labor and employment law and school/municipal law. In these roles, I assisted with matters involving contract negotiations, FMLA/ADA disputes, and grievance arbitrations.
