About Francis Landry
I have been in private practice for 48 years on an uninterrupted basis. I focus primarily in Employment Law and Civil Rights cases. I have extensive experience in litigation and in appellate cases. I have appeared before the United States Supreme Court and was able to obtain a successful reversal in the case of Breininger v. Sheet Metal Workers Union, 493 U.S. 67 (1989). I work very hard for my clients and devote long hours on each client's behalf in complex cases.
I am a native of Toledo and my wife of 41 years, Karen, is a retired long time nurse.
I have recently served as Chairman of the Toledo Bar Association's Federal Court Committee. I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lucas County Bar Association (I am a past president of this organization), the Toledo Bar Association (past chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Committee and the Federal Court Committee), the Wood County Bar Association, and the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association.
