Francis Hathaway Available Now

Frank Hathaway studied at the University of Detroit-Mercy graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He studied law at Michigan State University College of Law graduating with the degree of Juris Doctor, Cum Laude. Mr. Hathaway is admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts, the United States Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, a former member of its Representative Assembly, a member of the Criminal Law Section and an past active member of the State Bar of Michigan Character and Fitness Committee, District E. He volunteers with St. Vincent Charities, and is a lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus Hathaway’s practice focuses on Estate Planning, Business Formation and Continuation, Debt Relief, Creditor and Debtor relation, Real Estate, Matrimonial Law and Criminal Defense. In 2001, Frank Hathaway formed the Law Center with a mission of helping individuals and entities by providing quality legal representation, counsel and advice. The Law Center helps its clients grow and discover potential areas for improvement, opportunity and expansion.
