Ms. Galante has nearly twenty years of experience in civil litigation, family and divorce law, contractual and real estate matters. With a background in commercial litigation, she brings these skills to the field of divorce and family law. Her practice has covered a wide range of transactional work with a concentration on corporate acquisitions, formation, financing, capitalization and the sale of closely held, international and eBusiness companies. She has represented various clients in connection with their professional practices and employment-related issues. She also has experience in probate and estate practice advising clients on estate planning strategies involving personal and business assets. This knowledge and experience has proven essential in negotiating matrimonial settlements. She is skilled in customizing representation of each client and delivering a very high degree of client satisfaction. Prior to joining the Goldstein Law Group, Ms. Galante practiced with firms in New Jersey and New York City at The Carlin Law Group, LLC, Zeichner Ellman & Krause, LLP and Simon Meyrowitz Meyrowitz and Schlussel.
