Eric Carson Available Now

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and business from Brigham Young University – Idaho and his Juris Doctor from the UNLV Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Eric distinguished himself by serving as an editor on the law journal and by making the Dean’s Honor List. Eric served the Las Vegas community as a certified county mediator and by volunteering at the Clark County Legal Aid Center. He also served as Vice President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. After school, Eric began practicing in Las Vegas before joining Fisher & Hunter in St. George. He now practices in family law, commercial litigation, corporate formation; contract litigation, collections , civil litigation, real estate law, construction law, mechanic’s liens, banking, arbitrations, and mediations. Eric is a member of the State Bars of Utah and Nevada and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Districts of Utah and Nevada. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two little boys, actively serving the community and his church, running, playing sports, the outdoors, and travel.
