The Managing Attorney at the Morgan & Morgan Birmingham, Alabama office, Erby J. Fischer focuses his practice primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Some of his representative successes have included a $2.5 million jury verdict in a case involving premises liability and a $6 million award in a trade secrets lawsuit. Complex litigation has yielded numerous settlements including those for $63 million, $17.5 million and $12 million. A summa cum laude graduate of Troy University, Mr. Fischer obtained his legal education at the University of Alabama School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1996.
