Elizabeth VonCannon Available Now

I serve as the NC Managing Attorney at Stewart Law Offices in Charlotte. Growing up in Aiken, South Carolina, I was inspired early on by my father, a plaintiff’s attorney who dedicated his career to protecting hardworking individuals from powerful corporations. His example instilled in me a deep commitment to standing up for injury victims and ensuring they receive the representation they deserve. I earned both my undergraduate and law degrees from Florida State University before returning to South Carolina, where I had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable William A. McKinnon. I chose to focus on personal injury law after witnessing the profound difference a dedicated attorney can make in a client’s life. Today, I advocate for individuals affected by workplace accidents, motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, and other negligent acts. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference and work diligently to secure full compensation for my clients. When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy running, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, and spending quality time with my husband and son.
