Elizabeth Clark Available Now

My law practice focuses on helping my clients plan for life events, whether creating a comprehensive estate plan, starting or selling a business, buying or selling real estate, or probating the estate of a love one. I began practicing as a general civil litigator after graduating from the University of Montana School of Law in 2012, and have tailored my practice more towards planning after earning my LLM in taxation in 2016 from the University of Washington School of Law. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree from Wilmington University in Legal Studies in 2007 and went on to the University of Montana School of Law where I graduated with honors. During law school I completed my clinical internship with U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy. I interned in a small firm throughout law school while also serving in the United States Army Reserve from 2002 to 2013. My current practices focuses on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Business Planning, and Real Estate Transactions. I love our Missoula community, and currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Western Montana.
