About Elizabeth Allhusen
I represent investors across the country in securities arbitration and litigation. My practice is dedicated to assisting individuals in recovering losses resulting from broker misconduct, financial advisor negligence, and violations of federal securities laws. Before joining Iorio Law PLLC, I gained valuable legal experience representing labor unions and their associated ERISA funds.
I earned my B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. I went on to receive my J.D. from St. Johnβs University School of Law, where I was honored with the St. Vincent DePaul Graduation Award for my contributions to the Securities Arbitration Clinic. During my time at St. Johnβs, I served as a staff member for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, competed as a member of the Dispute Resolution Society, and held an executive board position with the Womenβs Law Society.
At Iorio Law PLLC, I am committed to providing clients with clear guidance, thorough preparation, and dedicated advocacy to help them seek financial recovery. If youβve experienced investment losses due to misconduct, my team and I are ready to assist.
