I enjoy working collaboratively with people to help each individual reach a solution that takes into consideration their priorities, meets their needs, and is understandable and practical. My goal is to help people plan properly in order to avoid unnecessary conflict, while also providing representation in the event conflict does arise. I am a certified specialist in Trusts and Estates (State Bar of Arizona), and a Certified Elder Law Attorney (National Elder Law Foundation), and have been practicing in the areas of elder law, estate planning, estate administration, and Tribal and Federal-Indian Law for over 20 years.
