Edyta Salata Available Now

Ms. Salata's practice is focused in U.S. Immigration law as well as Illinois Workers' Compensation law. She works extensively in family immigration matters, removal proceedings, non-immigrant visas and naturalization and citizenship law. As a trial lawyer she has more than seven years of experience successfully litigating Workers’ Compensation cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and Circuit Courts. Ms.Salata graduated from Loyola University and secured her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Chicago Bar Association.
