Attorney E. Michael Brezina, III, practices in the following areas: Small Business/Commercial Disputes, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice/Health Care Liability Actions (“HCLA”), and Construction Disputes/Issues. His wide-ranging practice includes, but is not limited to: Contract Drafting/Negotiation, Breach of Contract, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Torts, Entity Formation, Wrongful Death, Health Care Law, Nursing Home Negligence, Construction Litigation; Trial/Appellate Practice; Sports & Entertainment Law. Over the course of his career, Michael served for years as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. In recent years, Michael’s practice has expanded to include Sports & Entertainment Law, where his practice has included working with a number of University of Tennessee athletes in Football, Men’s Basketball, Baseball, and Women’s Soccer in the Name, Image, & Likeness (“NIL”) space.
