Dusty was born in Spokane Washington, went to North Central High, then the Gonzaga for college and law school in 1980 He worked as a law clerk at the Washington Court of Appeals,was associated with Holme, Roberts & Owen in Denver, then with Bob Anderson, Carl Maxey, Bob Henderson and finally Russ Van Camp in Spokane. He has been running his own firm for 8 years now doing primarily Social Security and Personal Injury law.
