Douglas Weinmaster Available Now

Doug Weinmaster has taken numerous cases to trial in state and federal courts in counties across Washington state in his 25 year career as a trial lawyer. His trial-team record includes multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000 in courts throughout Washington State. Doug has represented clients in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, and other types of legal matters. While no reasonable person wants to experience the risk and added stress of a trial, the Insurance Industry knows what lawyers are experienced and capable of taking a case to trial, if a fair settlement is not offered. Doug knows about this because he previously worked in the insurance industry. Prior to law school, Doug Weinmaster had the opportunity to see how an attorney could have a direct, positive impact on a personal injury victim’s life. That experience locked in his intent to attend law school and choose litigation as a career. While attending Gonzaga University School of Law, in Spokane, Washington, Doug worked work for a major insurance company where he got a firsthand look at how they evaluate cases and prepare cases. That experience proved to be invaluable when he transitioned back to the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law in 2001. Attorney Weinmaster has built a solid reputation in the Seattle area as a prominent personal injury attorney with extensive experience assisting victims of medical malpractice. In 2020, he brought his talents to Phillips Law Firm. Outside of work, enjoys spending time with family. He is a licensed pilot with experience flying throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Doug also has extensive experience and training riding motorcycles (street and adventure off-road). Doug also enjoys dog training, hiking, and boating.
