If there is a police report that blames the other side and not you, we offer a discount contingency fee of 25% no matter how much work we have to do on your case. Why pay for Glen Lerner's or Ed Bernstein's billboards and constant tv ads when we can do your case--better in our opinion--and for less money? (For defective product cases, legal malpractice cases, slip and falls, and other case without a police report blaming the other side our contingency fee is 33.33% to 40%.) Our 3 person firm also does uncontested probates anywhere in Nevada at what we believe to be very low fees. Indeed, we publish our probate fees and don't know of any other firm that does that. I also do social security disability appeals and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. My partner Lorraine Mansfield get compensation for people injured by vaccines under a special federal government program that pays for her attorneys fees so it does not cost our clients anything to make a vaccine claim. I am admitted to the California Bar as well as the Nevada Bar, as is my partner Jonathan Reed. While it is not practical for us to take small California cases, if you have a large case in California and want to work with a law firm in Las Vegas, we can handle it.
