Mr. Penn represents individuals and businesses with immigration issues before the Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of State and the United States Department of Labor. He represents clients in connection with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, labor certification applications, family-based petitions, adjustment of status and citizenship applications, and immigration interviews, and related government requests for evidence and audits. Mr. Penn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He regularly speaks at AILA's annual immigration law conference and other national conferences.
