Doug Johnson is a veteran business trial attorney, with over 35 years of experience. He has been involved in cases ranging from real estate and small corporate disputes, to multi-billion dollar antitrust and consumer fraud claims. Mr. Johnson's legal and trial experience began with six years in the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. He has been a shareholder at Earp Cohn, where he leads the commercial litigation practice, for over 25 years.
