Dolly Fairclough Available Now

My law firm is is the Law Offices of DM Fairclough, and we are located in Snellville, Ga. We practice throughout the metro areas of Atlanta, and the rest of Georgia, in both federal and state jurisdictions. We are licensed in the U.S. Northern, Central and Southern Districts. The areas of focus are primarily Criminal Defense and Immigration. We handle prison matters, and post conviction issues on the trial and appellate level. Parole packages are also done. We also do Personal Injury, Divorce and Contract law. I have been practicing law for. 20 years. I am a native New Yorker, and relocated to Georgia originally for the reasonable tuition offered on the post graduate level. I enjoy challenges, and meeting diverse types of people. I currently sit on the Board for the North Georgia Catholic Foundation going on 4 years, and have volunteered with the Women’s Prison Ministry for11 years. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. My hobbies are travel, swimming, tennis, dancing and thinking... yes, I love to think. I would describe myself as an introvert, but I take on challenges, and become alive in the courtroom setting.
