Ms. Buss earned her law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While in law school, Ms. Buss excelled in her classes earning several CALI Awards for Excellence and graduating in the top third of her class. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Buss moved back to Austin, Texas to practice law. Ms. Buss gained valuable litigation experience working for two well-known law firms in the Austin and San Marcos area. She practiced primarily in the areas of criminal and family law for several years before opening her own law office. Ms. Buss takes the defense of her clients very seriously and will work tirelessly to defend your case. She uses every effort to explore getting charges dismissed. If a dismissal cannot be obtained, she endeavors to position her clients in the best possible light for the prosecution and members of the jury.
