Dennis D. Mr. Bossian has litigated over 100 jury trials to verdict, with an incredible success rate. He has briefed and argued appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. Bossian has conducted hundreds of depositions and has represented clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in insurance carrier extra-contractual bad faith and 93A litigation. With extensive experience as a former insurance professional for two major insurance carriers, Mr. Bossian utilizes his knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry to maximize the benefits for his clients in resolutions, arbitrations, mediations and other non-judicial proceedings. Prior to joining Palumbo law, Mr. Bossian was the civil litigation director for a Providence Rhode Island law firm, former risk manager for CVS Corporation, and former partner in an insurance defense firm.
