David Zoeller joined the law firm of Hawks Quindel in June 2009 as an associate attorney after practicing as an employment and class action litigation attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Zoeller has represented employees in multiple nationwide class and collective actions, and focuses his practice on wage and hour litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Mr. Zoeller also represents clients in employee benefits disputes (ERISA), labor litigation, social securiy disability appeals, and employment discrimination litigation.
