David Rothweil Available Now

David Rothweil is an associate attorney at Sul Lee Law Firm, supporting the firm’s business litigation and transactional practices. David combines his past work experience, analytical thinking, active listening, and advocacy skills to work with clients to obtain the best possible outcome. He also assists various types of businesses with their needs involving formation, operation, and governance. He represents buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchase transactions. David began practicing after passing the 2021 Uniform Bar Examination in Texas. His past civil litigation experience includes commercial auto/trucking liability, premise liability, liquor liability, general negligence, medical malpractice, and professional liability. He is a member of good standing of the State Bar of Texas. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association. David attended Azuza Pacific University’s School of Business, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. David later attended Baylor University School of Law where he received his JD. While in law school David was an extern for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske gaining invaluable research and drafting experience. David also grew up working for his family’s business assisting in its growth and bringing its product to the marketplace. When not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and dog Jack, grilling, and traveling.
