David Marquard Available Now

David L. Marquard, founder of Marquard & Associates, established his firm in dedication to representing wrongfully injured persons and their families. Attorney Marquard believes that even people with “small claims” should speak with an attorney, since many serious injuries are not always apparent the day of an accident. He believes that every person, no matter the claim, should have the right to speak to an attorney free of cost so that they can have their rights explained to them. His passion for people began in 1973 when he graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with B.A. in psychology, and became his inspiration to practice law. After graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in 1979, Marquard dedicated his life to helping others through the toughest times caused by accidents.
