Attorney David Magilligan opened his own criminal defense law firm to provide people from all walks of life with high-quality, affordable legal counsel. After graduating from law school, he worked as an assistant state attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. In that role, he witnessed more people receiving poor criminal defense representation from disengaged lawyers than he’d like to admit.
