The law firm Fessler, Schneider & Grimme has been serving the legal needs of Northern Kentucky since 1990. Injury attorney David F. Fessler is the Senior Partner and founding member of the law firm. He began practicing law in 1986 and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court. Mr. Fessler earned his Bachelor's Degree (BA) from Eastern Kentucky University in 1982 where he graduated "With Distinction". He earned his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University where he graduated "Cum Laude" (top 5% of the class). While at Chase, Dave was the Chief Justice of the Moot Court. Mr. Fessler concentrates his practice in personal injury cases (auto accident, medical malpractice, slip/fall), business and corporate law, wills and estates, civil litigation, and U.S. Federal criminal law.
